All God’s Children

And on Wenesday May 18, this Wenesday Luci Westphal, one of our April´s Special Guests, will present the last documentary film she had co-directed and produced, “All God’s Children“.

Synopsis: Through the eye of three families, “All God’s Children” tells the story of the first boarding school for children of missionaries to be investigated for abuses at the hands of the parent’s missionary colleagues. The survivors and parents share their journey of seeking justice, redemption and healing.

From April 13th to April 20th, take the opportunity to go and watch Feature Films, Documentaries and Short Movies produced in Berlin-Brandenburg.

Among the 21 Shorts in competition at achtung berlin, two took also part in Shortcutz Berlin. If you haven’t seen them, it’s time to make up for it. Astrid Rieger‘s Hetschenpetsch and Petra Lüschow‘s Der kleine Nazi, our Best Short for the month of February, really are great movies. Also, not to be missed is the participation of Ramon Zürcher with Passanten. In March, we had the pleasure to screen his Yesterday My Friend Bought A Bike.

Also on April 16th, the Raindance Film Festival Berlin is having its Live! Ammunition! at Achtung Berlin. The perfect occasion for you to pitch your film at a jury of professionals and have an instant feedback.
